Privacy & Service Data Policy
To comply with personal privacy and enterprise data security regulations, and to safeguard your (the "Enterprise Client") rights when using the AI services provided by Genibuilder (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Services"), the Company hereby establishes this Privacy and Service Data Policy. We are fully committed to protecting your commercial data and your end-users' privacy. Please read the following carefully:
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to the collection, processing, and utilization of enterprise operational data, chat logs, and related permissions when you register for, log into the Services, and authorize the Services to integrate with third-party platforms (including but not limited to LINE Official Accounts, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Accounts, and Google Services). For pure browsing behaviors outside this platform or the specific privacy policies of the third-party platforms themselves, please refer to the official policies of the respective platforms.
2. Third-Party Platform Authorization and Data Collection
To enable the AI digital employees of the Services to automate customer service, scheduling, and operational data analysis for you, the Services will, upon your proactive consent and authorization, obtain the following permissions and data from third-party platforms via their official APIs:
-
LINE Official Account Authorization:
-
Permissions Obtained: Messaging API Webhook binding, read message, and send message permissions.
-
Data Collected: Chat contents between your end-users and the Official Account, LINE User IDs (de-identified user identifiers), and interaction timestamps. This data is strictly used for AI intent recognition, automated replies, and tag categorization.
-
-
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Business Authorization:
-
Permissions Obtained: Facebook Page management permissions, Instagram Business Account messaging access (Messenger API), and Ads account read permissions (if applicable).
-
Data Collected: Chat contents sent via Messenger or IG Direct, public basic user information, and relevant performance metrics of marketing campaigns. This is used for omnichannel intelligent customer service takeover and commercial data insights.
-
-
Google Accounts and API Services:
-
Permissions Obtained: Depending on the modules you activate, this may include Google Calendar (for appointment scheduling synchronization), Google Drive (for reading enterprise-specific knowledge base documents you import), and Google Analytics / Google Ads (for operational data hub analysis).
-
Special Declaration: The Services' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its "Limited Use" requirements.
-
3. Service Data Processing and Utilization (Enterprise Commitments)
Regarding all chat data and commercial information obtained through the aforementioned authorizations, the Company upholds the principle of "Data Sovereignty Belongs to You" and makes the following strict commitments:
-
Exclusive AI Service: The collected data is solely used to maintain the operation, automated replies, gross margin calculations, and operational dashboard generation of your exclusive AI digital employee.
-
No Public Model Training: Your enterprise data and the chat privacy of your end-users will NEVER be shared with other enterprise clients, nor will it EVER be used to train public generative AI models belonging to the Company or any third party.
-
Security Boundary Control: Through the Company’s core knowledge architecture (e.g., Ohana), the system ensures that data is processed and computed exclusively within the professional boundaries authorized by you.
4. Data Protection and Storage
-
The Company complies with enterprise-grade information security standards. System hosts and databases are equipped with firewalls, encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), and strict access control mechanisms.
-
The Company strictly limits internal employee data access permissions. Only authorized personnel responsible for essential system maintenance may, upon your consent to assist in troubleshooting, access relevant system logs.
5. Revocation of Permissions and Data Deletion
The Services fully respect your right to control your data. You may exercise the following rights at any time:
-
Revoke Authorization: You can log into the backend security settings of LINE, Meta, or Google at any time to unilaterally revoke the API application authorization granted to the Services (Genibuilder). Once revoked, the Services will immediately cease reading new data, and related automated services will subsequently stop.
-
Request Deletion: Upon termination of the service contract, you have the right to request the Company to completely delete or anonymize and destroy your enterprise settings, knowledge bases, and end-user chat logs retained in the system.
6. Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in response to technological developments, changes in third-party platform API terms, or regulatory requirements. The amended terms will be published on the Service platform or official website. Your continued use of the Services following such amendments constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
